The best candidate understands and appreciates the necessity of a team/company meeting and/or exceeding minimum sales numbers AND understands how to truly motivate. This person is much more than a "Sales Manager" - we are seeking someone who desires to be part of something much larger.

The best candidate is someone who can slow down and get very granular with teaching, assisting and working with all.

Elam Real Estate is a very different and unique real estate Firm. We are a Christian based company - No one has to be a Christian to work with us, but they do have to respect my Christian values. Elam has a very heavy focus on "coaching, training and mentoring" our Agents - especially our newer/younger agents. In addition, Elam offers our Agents a very different sales environment in which sell - our environment allows our Agents to focus on selling real estate and not all of the other admin/operational tasks most other firms require their agents to complete. (This is not normal for the real estate Industry).

Elam is offering the right person a unique opportunity which will give much latitude on how to assist with sales and grow our market share while working to improve profitability AND creating a very positive and happy work environment.

Responsibilities

The #1 responsibility for this position is Hitting Sales Numbers and working to GROW our sales numbers in 2019 BUT doing it all in a loving and supporting manner.

  • This is a very simple process - It is being hyper focused on our Sales Team doing the routine daily appointment setting tasks needed to meet with a min number of families a week.

Some of the other responsibilities include:

  • On-Boarding new Sales Associates (We get very detailed).
  • Creating a "positive environment" (This is critical).
  • Training is not something that is done, it's something that is on-going.
  • Sales follow up and "accountability" (This is an ongoing process).
  • Recruiting - ongoing process.
  • Assisting with daily sales challenges.
  • Forecasting/projections.
  • Preparing weekly/monthly reports.
  • Tracking daily activities.
  • Coordinating/working with Digital Marketing Manager
  • Have the ability to work with sales/CRM programs. Knowledge of tech, understanding and abilities is sought.
  • Working with all other areas of company.

Elam is a smaller, boutique company. There are many advantages to a smaller company, one of them being ability to quickly increase income and impact growth of the company.

We are seeking a highly responsible person for this position.

The perfect candidate is one that desires to "make this position her/his own".

Selling real estate is very simple, people just over complicate it. The perfect candidate will be someone who can keep sales focused on the basics.

Qualifications

We seeking someone who is a professional and works to be an expert is his/her profession. College Degree is highly preferred, but not required. Experience and a very high degree of professionalism and a drive to create / improve systems and sales performance is being sought.

  • Personal/Sales experience.
  • Experience leading a Sales Team.
  • Must have ability to work/produce with minimal direction.
  • Must create and manage various/multiple sales promotional items/events.
  • Able to motivate others to achieve goals.
  • Ability to have critical accountable conversations.
  • Familiar with CRM programs/tech friendly.
  • Technology understanding/abilities preferred.

Compensation
$40,000 - $75,000 plus Bonuses (upside earning potential of $125,000)
