The person who fills this position will oversee, support, and train agents on the team. You will be responsible for interacting with the agents on the team on a daily basis while helping them build sales skills, increase conversion rates and keep them accountable to goals. Pay will be a monthly stipend with bonus potential based on targets and goals hit. The sales manager can continue to sell Real Estate as a member of our team in order to increase earning potential.
