We are searching for our next Sales Manager to help our team grow! This is a full-time position for an energetic, enthusiastic, outgoing individual. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success and skills as a leader with a background in residential real estate. Responsibilities

  • Recruit sales associates and meet team’s quota (interview, select, hire)
  • Oversee the training for existing sales associates (new and experienced) in key area of business
  • One-on-one meetings twice per month with sales associates
  • Ensure all sales goals are being met
  • Sales Associates – Set goals, plan, train, develop careers – 411 review
  • Lead management- Check daily activity, set follow up tasks and ensure team standards are being met
  • Lead sales and business meetings, script practice, Lead Generation
  • Lead Generation of Sales Associates – to join company – daily/weekly

$50,000 plus generous bonus structure. If you have what it takes you WILL make six figures in this role. There is an opportunity here to make $100,000 and more. There is no limitation on your earning potential. Paid Time Off (PTO)

Compensation
$50,000 - $55,000 base salary plus generous bonus structure.
