Maybe you are an experienced sales agent/team leader who knows their strengths are managing, nurturing, teaching, or holding others accountable, rather than selling. We have salespeople in our real estate office who need coaching, encouragement, and accountability for goals.

Your management objective is to increase the performance of each member of our sales team, specifically increasing the deals closed from each salesperson’s database/center of influence.

Responsibilities
  • Coach, lead and train a sales team
  • Oversee the sales team's activities and performance
  • Determine and assign sales quotas, targets, and/or goals. Project and forecast annual and quarterly revenue
  • Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
  • Work on sales scripts with agents
  • Plan and implement training programs. Hold regular skills training sessions for agents
Qualifications
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Develop and implement a scalable sales process in its entirety
  • Strong technology background with the ability to learn and master new software
  • Proven organizational and planning ability
  • Provide advanced negotiation expertise when necessary
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation
$75,000 - $100,000 yearly
