BHHS Michigan Real Estate seeks to identify new entry level and experienced manager candidates for locations in Genesee and Oakland County offices. Our Realtors specialize in residential properties, commercial properties and leases in Michigan and Northern Indiana.
What you will do: Location Sales Manager is a pivotal role within each of our branch offices supporting our agents with the focus and excellence that our brand represents. This role manages daily and weekly production activities while scheduling meetings, coordinating training, promotional activities and recruiting while building culture and growing the office. This is a fast-paced role that will help manage the intricate and detailed process of a home purchase. Attention to detail and accuracy with transaction processing is critical in this role. The Location Manager will also work directly with individual agents using our technologies to help craft and refine promotional material for advertising and social media.
