You’ll be responsible for setting our sales strategy and targets, cultivating our sales staff, evaluating their progress, and ensuring we hit our sales goals. Responsibilities

  • Write sales reports and showcase sales efforts including sales volume and progress to help create new sales goals
  • Determine our sales strategies and sales objectives to hit our sales goals
  • Manage our sales team by creating a sales plan for each sales representative, setting individual sales targets, assigning sales territories, and overseeing ongoing training programs to set the team up for success
  • Maintain long-lasting customer relationships and manage customer complaints to ensure we are meeting their needs
  • Identify new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs to keep us growing
  • Onboard agents and W2 employees
  • Assist in ensuring the overall sales strategy of the team get implemented
  • Assist Head of Agent Growth in organizing talent attraction strategies
  • Internal morale and recognition of team members
  • Organization of internal events and team bonding activities
  • Update leadership team on important agent changes
  • Assign agents weekly Growth opportunities
  • Update appropriate spreadsheets and trackers when necessary
  • Remind agents of expiring licenses
  • Assist in email and calendar management for Head of Agent Growth
  • Participate in positive team energy
  • Build relationships with agents on the team

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales management or in a leadership role in the sales department
  • Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and leadership skills
  • Displays a proven track record of sales success
  • Must possess a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar major

  • NC Real Estate Sales License is required for this job

Compensation
$50,000 - $150,000
