The Sales Manager is an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, motivational, goal-driven, and optimistic. He/she is an excellent leader within the organization, able to build a cohesive sales team of Buyer and Seller Specialists who are united in their commitment to the best client experience, team's standards and achieving the team’s goals. They have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality.
The Sales Manager leads the sales team by hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all Buyer and Seller Specialists. In addition, he/she demonstrates on a daily basis the management ability, knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high-achieving sales agent who is committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing and to seeking win-win agreements.
The Sales Manager also demonstrates a commitment to learning and strives for growth by regularly attending courses, teaching courses when appropriate, and regularly practicing scripts and dialogues. He/she is committed to investing in the people on the team and regularly provides them with learning and growth opportunities as well.
We are a full time, full-service Real Estate team that prides itself in servicing our clients with the utmost care, professionalism, honesty, and results. Our team has grown 20-40% each year for the past 7 years and in 2019 we closed over $78,000,000 dollars of real estate and served 435 families. We serve Canton/Akron and all surrounding areas. In August of 2020, we will be relocating our team to allow for further growth into a 7,500 square foot space where we can better serve our clients, community, and Realtors.
