We are looking for an Sales / Operations Manager to join our top-performing sales team at Elaine Koch Group, a growing and dynamic residential real estate brokerage in Bethesda, MD. We're looking for a world-class operations leader who will manage and grow our business through the oversight of day-to-day operations, serving as the lead point-person for all administrative duties. This role will also manage the team's most valuable asset: our relationships. The operations manager will oversee our client database, CRM, pipeline of leads, "client care" for our existing and prospective clients, and follow-up. The ideal candidate will also play a "CFO" role, maintaining our P&L, tracking team budgets, revenue goals, calculate ROI, and assisting us in increasing profitability. 

We're looking for a leader who will grow as the team grows and a person who is excited to deepen their level of expertise as an operations manager and leader. Responsibilities
  • Manage Listings, daily, weekly and monthly operations
  • Oversee Marketing, Accounting and Team Support
  • Sales Manager/Operations Manager responsibilities
  • Liaise with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals
  • Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress
  • Supervise staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback
  • Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements
  • Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability
  • Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation
  • Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors
  • Creating, improving and adding new systems
  • Growing Team and adding members
  • New strategies to grown team and make existing team more productive
  • Work closely with CEO to ensure business runs efficiently and grows 
  • Responsible for all properties and day to day operations
