We're looking for a driven and motivated area sales manager to join our fast-paced team. You will bring exceptional sales skills to drive new business while also developing relationships with existing clients. You’ll need outstanding communication skills to convert inbound leads into paying clients and to get your team to achieve the same results. Our ideal candidate is a dynamic and creative thinker with experience developing strategies to exceed sales targets and profit margins. Compensation will be a base salary with bonus opportunities for sales targets being achieved. This position can scale to six figures for an effective manager. The goal is to drive business and sales. If you are not motivated by bonuses and want a straight salary, this job is not for you.

Responsibilities
  • Determine ways to motivate the sales team so they consistently meet and exceed sales goals and profit margins monthly, quarterly, and annually
  • Maintain an active list of key accounts to ensure continuous relationship development

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Own goal setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Present sales and ROI reports, and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Take overflow sales calls and convert potential clients into paying clients.
  • Run mock sales calls with the team to hone skills on a daily basis.
  • Identify areas of improvement for the sales team and implement ways to achieve better performance.

Qualifications
  • Must possess a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar major is desired

  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of basic office programs, marketing computer software, and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, etc.)

Compensation
$75,000 - $110,000 yearly
