This position assists our company into launching into new markets by providing marketing and leads, oversees all branding, trains all departments on promotional scripts, accountable for lead conversion ratios, manages the database, and creates systems for growth opportunities.
Primary responsibilities include meeting a set ROI, improving lead generation systems, creating a standard branding across all cities, and establish standards for lead conversion ratios. Lead generation processes and training are also driven by this person.
This person will be a lover of constant growth, constantly learning, and a strong visionary.
