The Wexler Group is constantly bringing in leads, and there are too many to handle! We need someone who is organized, detailed, proficient in technology, and very responsive. The Lead Coordinator on our team would be responsible for all of our inbound leads. This includes all of the assigning, tracking, and following up with all leads.
Responsibilities
  • Establishes and maintains good rapport and relationships with clients and affiliates.
  • Maintain daily spreadsheet tracking and reports.
  • Track the status of every lead and client proficiently.
  • Timely communication both internally and externally.
  • Hold agents accountable to their necessary follow up.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
