We're looking for an ambitious and goal-driven salesperson who has a JD and can talk with people that are facing one of the most difficult times in their life. We need a self-starter who can exhibit exceptional communication skills when talking and listening to prospective clients seeking divorce or custody. Empathy and understanding will be necessary to succeed in this position. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least three years of law practice experience but be willing to set aside their legal practice to help people in a new way by counseling and signing them up to obtain a new start with one of our excellent divorce attorneys. - Zoom and telephone calls with prospective clients seeking divorce or custody assistance.
- Convert the consultation to a new retained client.
- Discover the nature of the prospective clients' needs and determine our ability to help.
- Leave the call with the caller feeling heard and having a sense of next steps in the process.
- Outstanding organizational skills and time management
- Must have a law degree.
- Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal and listening skills.
