The selected candidate will be a sales professional with a proven track record in sales, distribution, client management/retention, or similar field. This individual is expected to be driven, ambitious, organized, and able to work both in-office and remote. This individual should be both professional in appearance, behavior and will be assigned both group collaborative work, and individual tasks routinely.

Salary includes base and commission incentives - contingent upon experience.


  • Learn to efficiently and effectively sell products and solutions as they are developed into the PNR portfolio.
  • Focus sales efforts by studying various industries that could most benefit from items within the PNR portfolio.
  • Maintain accurate lead/sales records within existing CRM.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
  • Recommend changes in products and services as part of team collaboration.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Experience in Distribution and Industrial supply Sales
  • Understanding business processes and articulating value and ROI
  • Netsuite experience preferred
