Commission-only position. Business Growth Partners is looking for a Part-time or Full-time Sales Executive, someone who can roll up their sleeves and get passionate about helping small businesses succeed in today's competitive market.

- As a Sales Executive, you are important to us, as you are the face of the company getting in front of our clients day in and day out. You will be a contributing factor as we drive toward exponential growth.
- By exceeding expectations and quota, the Sales Executive will educate our product to small business owners and contribute to helping them succeed.
In 90 days you will:
- Be well on your way to becoming a Business Growth Partners product expert and will already be closing deals!
- You should prepare to have an immediate impact on the organization from day one.
- You’ll take this far beyond your first 90 days.
- Expect to constantly be learning, challenging yourself, and strategizing with your team on how to be a top performer.
- A passion for hunting and closing new business to help clients grow their business
- A proven sales process and a desire to exceed quota
- A minimum of 2 years in a high volume, cold calling/cold prospecting consultative sales role
- Self-motivation and autonomy rarely matched by others, while still collaborating and learning from the team around you
- Openness and willingness to be coached and mentored daily
- A desire to be creative with your sales process
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
