Sales Enablement/Data Manager

We're looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to help bring the power of data and analytics to the sales teams to find new ways to scale and grow more efficiently. This person will know how to track and measure leading indicators to pair with the sales process/experience to test and implement change. A large component of this role is directly managing all company-generated leads/clients to ensure that the proper measures are being taken, while also managing the day-to-day with the Inside Sales Staff.

Responsibilities

  • Small-Group Coaching
  • Scripting/Role Play Buyer Scripts
  • Auditing of Agent/ISA Databases
  • Managing ISA Schedules
  • Managing Data for Agents
  • Will work 1-weekend day/week
  • Some shifts will be afternoon-evening and others morning-afternoon

Qualifications

  • Attention to Detail
  • Ability to analyze data and implement change based on trends
  • Proficiency with Excel and Analytic Platforms
  • Experience in B2C Sales and Scripting
  • Real Estate Experience Not Required

Compensation
$70,000 - $90,000/year OTE
