Do you enjoy meeting new people, driving sales, and witnessing the fruits of your labor? We're looking for a dedicated director of sales to assist the law firm in reaching its sales targets.
You'll be in charge of developing our sales strategy and goals and ensuring that we create a new and recurring business for our clients. Our ideal candidate is a leader, innovator, and hard worker, and brings 5+ years of sales experience to the role.
Our firm is the outside legal department for seven and eight figure professional service firms. We focus on proactively representing businesses and protecting them from the wide variety of risks they face. This includes estate and tax planning, equity structures, intellectual property, drafting and reviewing contracts, resolving disputes, hiring and firing employees, and all the non-legal issues that come up along the way.
We sell our serivces on a subscription model, and when clients need work outside those carefully defined scopes, we create value-priced proposals so our clients know what they're paying before we actually do the work. We're not selling services by the hour.
Our employees typically work from home using systems that were in place well before COVID. We still need to meet each other and clients in person though, so we maintain a professional office. We generally meet in person about 2-4 times per month.
