As a Sales Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential leads, engaging with prospects, and driving sales opportunities for our products and services. Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target industries.
  • Use various tools and strategies to prospect and generate new leads.
  • Engage with prospects through outbound calls, emails, and social media to qualify their interest and needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule and coordinate sales meetings and demos.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with marketing to align sales and marketing strategies.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge to effectively articulate value propositions to prospects.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales development targets and metrics.

Qualifications


  • Proven work experience as a Sales Development Specialist or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong phone presence and ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, managing your own time and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales development targets and metrics.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales enablement tools.
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus, but not required.
  • High level of motivation, self-discipline, and persistence.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Compensation
$118,000 - $123,200 yearly
