Our rapidly growing team is in search of a motivated real estate inside sales agent. You’ll develop leads, gather pertinent information for buyers and sellers, and add leads to the sales funnel. We are looking for someone who is results-oriented and has the ability to quickly connect and build rapport with people. Position is full time. Compensation includes hourly rate plus bonuses.

The inside sales agent position is a great introduction to Real Estate career with a guaranteed salary with the #1 Real Estate Team in Fairfax County with potential to move in a full time sales career.  

As some of our inside sales agents transition to our Real Estate Agent position, they typically earn:

$60k - $75k year one commission.

$70k - $90k year two commission.

$100k - $200k year three commission.

You make what you want and depending on your commitment and your learned skills.

• Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
• Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads
• Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met

• Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Valid VA real estate license (or ability to obtain one - it's not that hard and we will help you with the costs)
• Real estate experience preferred but not required
• Tenacious desire to succeed
• Team mentality - each individual has a role to assist the overall goal
