Job Summary

We’re looking for a Sales Development Manager to join us here at Quick Fix Real Estate. Someone ambitious and genuine, who works best in the midst of a collaborative and fast-moving team. That’s because as a Quick Fix you’ll be immersed in the fast-moving world of investment real estate. We think big, we are a team of competitive sales and marketing people that buy lots of real estate. The key focus of this role is to be responsible for sales and building and managing a world-class Sales Development team. You will directly manage a team of SDRs, who prospect both inbound and outbound opportunities across multiple markets to build the pipeline to support our growth. Company Health Insurance and immediate match on SimpleIRA (like a 401k plan but no vetting process). Paid time off included.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the SDR team from hiring, onboarding and coaching
  • Team collaboration is critical to our success because our fast-changing environment makes collaboration between SDR and sales critical to maximizing sales and growth
  • Bridge the gap between the marketing and sales to identify opportunities to improve funnel efficiency
  • Develop a strong understanding of sales and marketing tools (Salesforce, RigDNA, lead vendors, etc)
  • Support sales leadership and SDRs to build an effective outbound process, including prospect list building, outbound campaigns, sales training, and processes
  • Develop Sales Development Representatives into sales-ready candidates for further development within the organization
  • Individual contributor to the sales team leading the charge in selling properties. Because we are a small team 70-80% of your time will be sales activities. 20-30% of your time will be managing the SDR team

Qualifications

First things first, as a disruptor in the investment real estate industry, we haven’t come this far without an enterprising spirit and a get-up-and-go attitude. So if you think we’ll see that in you, then you’re already halfway there. Here’s the rest of what we’d like you to bring to the table.


  • You have strong experience managing SDRs teams
  • A strong people leader - you will have experience developing teams of SDRs, often in the early stages of their career looking for direction, mentoring, and motivation
  • You have experience with onboarding and training, to ensure you are developing team members knowledge and skills on an ongoing basis
  • Great people skills - you need to be able to motivate and lead your team through the highs and lows of a sales environment
  • Strong written and spoken English - you will need to present to your team and other teams, including the Executive Leadership team, on a regular basis

Compensation
$81,500 - $100,000 yearly
