In this role you will:

• Complete a comprehensive training instruction program in your first 5 weeks
• Grow, develop client relationships, and manage a substantial pipeline of business
• Work with a team of highly motivated, fun, caring, and neighborly minded individuals    
• Actively pursue and develop opportunities in residential construction, residential, MTF, and commercial restoration, as as well as cultivate leads for other services we offer in targeted territories                         
• Promote our home services model for a holistic engagement with the marketplace                                                                                                                                            
• Receive assigned, pre-vetted territories with an acute need for real estate services                                                  
• Manage customer expectations and experience throughout the sales and construction process                                                             
• Manage the client relationship from beginning to closing out the project                               
• Above all create raving fans of yourself, and our brand to promote top of mind referral opportunities
• Adopt our go-to-market strategies of engagement and selling ideologies

What you have:

• A degree or 1-year related work experience | retail, customer service, business development, order fulfillment, SDR |
• Strong communication skills with a passion and aptitude for serving and helping people
• Strong ethical standards to create raving fans for you and protect our brand
• Desire to determine your own earnings based on YOUR efforts and our guidance
• Entrepreneur spirit, fluid, and agile thinking
