We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sales Coordinator. In this solo role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our sales efforts and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales department. Your primary focus will be on assisting the sales process, managing customer relationships, and coordinating sales activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who enjoys working independently and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Note: As the sole Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of sales coordination independently. The role requires a proactive and self-reliant individual who can effectively manage sales support activities and contribute to the success of our sales efforts.


  • Sales Support: Handle all aspects of sales support, including order processing, managing customer inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and their questions are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Order Processing: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, from initial request to final delivery, coordinating with relevant departments as necessary.
  • Sales Documentation: Prepare and maintain sales documents, including sales contracts, proposals, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Sales Reporting: Generate regular sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights and recommendations to drive sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and stay informed about industry trends and customer preferences.
  • Sales Coordination: Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as marketing and operations, to ensure effective communication, seamless processes, and timely delivery of sales initiatives.
  • Sales Administration: Maintain organized sales records, including customer information, sales activities, and documentation, using appropriate tools and systems.
  • Sales Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on sales processes, product knowledge, and sales tools to ensure their success in achieving sales targets.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate sales processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Knowledge of sales principles and practices
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
