The Sales Associate is an established position in a rapidly growing residential real estate business serving the Capital Region with an opportunity to make over $77,000 annually. This position provides an opportunity for increased responsibility and income as the company continues to grow. Nights and weekend work required. Fifteen PTO days plus 10 paid company holidays in the first year. A 401k match is provided after the first full year of employment. In addition to the base salary, performance bonuses will be offered. $50,000 base salary + incentive bonuses: $100 per new client (minimum 10 clients per month) and $200 for each closed deal by a new agent (5 agents x 15 closings = $15,000) . On average 45 to 55 hours per week.
