The ideal candidate will develop relationships with key accounts to maximize revenue and client retention. You act as a consultant by developing account strategies that provide the greatest opportunities to drive revenue. You should be able to identify opportunities and challenges and create strategies to maximize sales. You will regularly assess performance and achieve sales goals developed in tandem with senior management.  Other responsibilities include Engaging in client development activities such as cold calling, sourcing, qualifying initial clients, identifying potential end users/decision-makers, establishing contact relationships, follow-up client visits. This includes determining and implementing appropriate marketing techniques for specific clients. Regular interaction with both prospective and current clients to build relationships, ensure satisfaction and sell complimentary services offered by KSYS Group is also expected.  

Responsibilities

  • Manage and network with various partners/relationships 
  • Promptly follow up with and qualify marketing-generated inquiries for our services
  • Research and gather information about target SMB’s and develop prospecting lists
  • Document all activities and interactions in CRM tool
  • Efficiently manage sales pipeline  
  • Research and stay up to date with all services and products offered by KSYSGroup 
  • Provide general sales support (needs analysis, data review, and product demonstrations) 
  • Serve as the customer advocate and liaison for product management and development 
  • Prepare periodic forecasts and progress updates toward sales goals 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales consulting or business intelligence experience 
  • History of high performance utilizing consultative sales methodologies
  • Maintain CRM data 
  • Ability to follow best practices and continually improve processes 
  • Provide clear and consistent reporting to management
  • Ability to manage multiple ongoing client engagements
  • Enterprising attitude and strong written, oral, and presentation communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Comfortable having executive conversations 
  • Qualify and attend sales appointments and manage to a close 
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism and business acumen
  • Ability to work independently and proactively 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products, services and licensing a bonus 

Compensation
$48,000 - $68,000 salary plus commissions
