Responsibilities
- Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
- Follow-up with leads to increase sales
- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
- Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
- “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
As a Lincoln Select agent, you will:
- Being responsible for meeting your prospecting quotas by working leads to increase revenue.
- Assist buyers & sellers in determining their needs and financial abilities while counseling clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
- Ensure clients have an exceptional real estate experience.
Qualifications
- Committed and motivated to exceed monthly goals & targets.
- Ability to quickly develop relationships & establish creditability.
- Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently with strong time management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Past sales experience is preferred.
Interview Process:
- First Interview: 20-30 minute phone interview.
- Participate in Sales Team Accountability Meeting (1 hour)
- Participate in Agent Training (1 hour)
- Participate in Dialog Training (1 hour)
- Final Interview: Panel interview with our CEO, COO & Sales Coordinator. (1 hour)
Compensation
$108,000 yearly
