We are looking for an outstanding ALL-STAR salesperson to ensure that the firm is always putting its best foot forward for potential new clients. The position will entail both sales and customer service responsibilities.
You will sell legal services and cultivate new relationships. We provide the training you need to best help our clients, and for the right person, this will be a highly rewarding position personally, professionally, and financially.
We are in search of a bright, creative, and compassionate person who can convey the value of our services to potential clients and enhance our client experience. You will work closely with other members of the team to develop and maintain relationships with clients.
Real-life experience and a few “battle scars” providing empathy and understanding are assets. Experience overcoming a major obstacle in life and making an important change in your life so you know at your core that others can do it too is a plus.
The salesperson doesn’t give legal advice, so legal experience is not required. Prior sales and customer service experience is required because we can teach you about the divorce, custody and adoption case processes, but we can’t teach you how to care about people afraid of losing their parental rights, afraid they will not have the financial resources to survive a divorce, have been in an unhappy or abusive marriage, or have been dealing with custody issues for a long time and are tired of it and want a solution.

We really believe that even if we decide not to accept an engagement from a prospect, every prospective new client should leave our office better off in some way than when they came in.

We believe in consultative selling where we help our prospective new clients make sense of their situation, weigh their options, and make important and often life-changing decisions.
