We are an established family law and criminal defense firm located in downtown Atlanta. We are experts at helping clients charged with criminal cases or breaking families of all backgrounds establish parenting time and divide assets, debts, and property during the most difficult time of their lives. We are seeking the right Sales Associate, whom we refer to as our Client Relations Specialists, eager to assist Potential New Clients (PNCs) with solutions when they hire our firm to represent them in their family law or criminal defense matters. All PNC's are properly screened by an Intake Specialist prior to a scheduled consultation with our Client Relations Specialist.
The Client Relations Specialist will have consultations with Potential New Clients (PNCs):
The Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for keeping in touch with PNCs who did not hire the firm after their initial consultation to keep the door open for them to hire the firm when they are ready. PNCs who hire the firm will receive follow-up calls from the Client Relations Specialist to check in on their satisfaction and progress with their legal matter to ensure that the Firm is taking all possible steps to best serve our clients and obtain a 5-star review from the people we help.
