- Learn construction industry, markets, trends, and key players
- Research avenues and web resources available for finding new upcoming projects
- Maintain new leads pipeline in all territories for construction and events
- Connect and network with prospecting subcontractors to share leads and offer referrals
- Provide administrative support to our sales team
- Enter new projects information into the system database
- Act as a communication liaison and answer incoming calls
- Maintain and update call logs, call records, and other important documentation
- Maintain, analyze, and update sales database
- Prepare reports and maintain appropriate filing systems
- Perform other projects as assigned
- Bi-lingual (Proficient in English and Spanish) is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2 years administrative support in a sales environment
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Competitive and eager to grow
