The Sales Assistant position will assist the Business Relationship Developers, under the guidance of the Director of Business Development, to ensure successful execution of the systems that take a Lead through the funnel to become a client, onboard new clients, and ensure clients are entered in post-engagement glide path at the conclusion of their matter. This position is an entry-level role with a one-year progression track to Business Relationship Developer.
Responsibilities
- Manage Intake email inbox and assign leads to relevant Business Relationship Developer
- Manage and be the main point of contact for the HubSpot/Website chat function and route leads to appropriate BRD
- When the firm is retained by the client, add client data, payment, and deal info to Clio
- Send new client Welcome letter, introducing FLPC and AW Labor teams
- Create quotes for PNCs as directed by BRDs utilizing the HubSpot Product Library and Quoting System and engagement letters utilizing PandaDoc software
- Assist with research and list compilation using Zoom Info, the DOL website, and other sources to find client lead targets and help prepare Business Relationship Developers for sales calls
- Import data into HubSpot
- Create automated sales and follow-up email templates in HubSpot for BRD use
- Assist marketing team with direct mail campaign logistics
- Assist Director of Business Development and Marketing Director with networking event curation and logistics
- Manage referral source list and make sure that it’s up to date
- Become a HubSpot Sales Pro expert – take necessary certification courses to do so
- Completion of Pipeline Pro sales training videos
- Utilize all available resources to learn the different types of visas that we specialize in
- Maintain SOPs utilized for sales training process
- Other tasks as assigned by the Director of Business Development
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration or related field or relevant experience in the field
- 2+ years’ sales support experience
- Proficiency in CRM (HubSpot preferred) platform
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) required
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment
