Responsibilities
Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team with lead generation, prospecting, and nurturing activities.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to develop sales collateral, presentations, and proposals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Track and report on sales metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Marketing Strategy:
- Contribute to the development and execution of the overall marketing strategy.
- Create and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content, such as blog posts, articles, infographics, and videos.
- Monitor marketing performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
Brand Management:
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and sales materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop brand messaging, positioning, and value propositions.
- Provide guidance and support to sales representatives on maintaining brand standards in their communications with clients and prospects.
Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and establish new connections.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and maximize results.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
Compensation
$110,100 - $118,500 yearly
