Responsibilities

Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team with lead generation, prospecting, and nurturing activities.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to develop sales collateral, presentations, and proposals.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Track and report on sales metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Marketing Strategy:

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the overall marketing strategy.
  • Create and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content, such as blog posts, articles, infographics, and videos.
  • Monitor marketing performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.

Brand Management:

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and sales materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop brand messaging, positioning, and value propositions.
  • Provide guidance and support to sales representatives on maintaining brand standards in their communications with clients and prospects.

Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and establish new connections.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and maximize results.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.


Compensation
$110,100 - $118,500 yearly
