We are looking for a motivated Sales and Intake Representative to join the Sechler Law Firm. In this role, you will be responsible to engage, equip and educate potential clients on the value of estate planning with Sechler Law Firm.
The ideal candidate will be engaging and dynamic with excellent presentation skills and the ability to read the room and close the deal.
- Lead one-to-many sales workshops for potential clients,
- Demonstrate the ability to facilitate discussions and field questions within the scope of the presentation
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Organize data to track conversion and follow up to maximize sales opportunities
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality customer service by facilitating and promoting thoughtful dialog for participants in seminars to promote active learning and eventual engagement with Sechler Law Firm
- 3-5 years of sales experience is required, front of room one-to-many sales experience is a plus
- Previous experience in customer relationship management (CRM) is a plus
- Availability in evenings required
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
