We are a prospecting and marketing team. We work hard and we play hard. A strong candidate will likely have a proven track record in telephone or door to door sales and enjoy the challenge of tackling hard things! Strong candidates likely already excel in their current roles. We are not interested in lead receivers; we are interested in lead creators and curators.

A successful agent would be passionate about achievement and draw energy from working with people. This enthusiastic, self-starting person with a passion for selling is responsible for converting leads into appointments through personalized follow-up.

This individual will take ownership of leads, and actively systematize the conversion process for maximum effectiveness. This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and the subsequent documentation, assignment, and follow up of those leads.

This individual must be highly trustworthy—in addition to being the first point of contact to the team, they will also have access to sensitive files and information regarding associates, customers, and finances.

The Sales Associate's activities directly affect the bottom line, and as such they are deeply committed to the team achieving greater and greater levels of success, as well as to growing their own skills and developing into a leader within the team.

This job will require a mental toughness and drive to succeed at a high level! The payout is there for the right person who is driven to achieve, annual compensation ranging from $80,000 - $200,000.

Over time, as leadership skills are exhibited, the Buyer Agent may have the opportunity to grow.

Responsibilities
  • Consistent follow up to convert into appointments.
  • Manage all leads in contact database system, set and complete tasks in the system, and track all client communications.
  • Identify homes that meet prospective buyers' home search criteria, schedule showings, and help the refine their criteria.
  • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood.
  • Write and submit offers on behalf of clients, effectively negotiate offers and oversee the entire process to close.
