We're looking for an ambitious and goal-driven salesperson who understands the local market and can generate ideas that drive new sales to multiple hotel properties. We need a self-starter who can hit the ground running and always strives to exceed profit margins and revenue targets. Our next area sales Associate is self-assured and has excellent communication skills to maintain relationships with existing customers while also seeking out new prospects through referrals and networking. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least three years of experience in managing sales, preferably in the hospitality industry. Responsibilities
  • Keep a list of important clients up to date to ensure the ongoing development of relationships
  • Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue by cold calling, on-site visits and sales tours, and community networking
  • Assess the performance of specific properties in your area and develop sales plans and goals that are in line with the broader brand goals
  • Study and research local market trends and competitor activity to discover potential leads
Qualifications
  • Outstanding organizational skills and time management
  • Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities
  • High school diploma or GED, and bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
Compensation
$15 - $20
