We are looking for a Superstar Acquisition Agent with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas. Our goal is to reach as many families as possible to provide solutions that will make an impact on the lives we reach. No previous real estate experience is required. This job sometimes requires unconventional hours (nights and weekends) but is designed to allow flexibility and uncapped earning potential.

This position will involve speaking on the phone with Distressed Sellers. We will provide all of the marketing, all of the pre-screened leads, and set up appointments for the person who fills this role. As an Acquisition Agent, you will be responsible for building rapport and identifying client needs, then negotiating the purchase of the property for our company. The ability to negotiate the best price possible directly impacts your earning potential.

Compensation (2 plans):

1      Base salary (Draw) for the first 60 days and 100% Commission base after 60 days. When on target, total earning potential is $72,000 - $150,000 plus per year. The better the salesperson you are, the higher your paycheck. A good salesperson will earn $100,000 with us, but a star salesperson will earn well over $150,000 uncapped. Quality leads will be provided for you. All you have to do is concentrate on being a great CLOSER!

2      Base salary ($30,000) plus commission. $72,000 - $150,000 plus per year.

Schedule   10 am – 7 pm Monday - Friday. Saturdays 10 am - 2 pm are for experienced Closers only.

Who would you be working for?

We are a real estate investment firm that advertises and purchases houses from sellers who want to sell outside of the traditional seller/realtor transaction. The homes we purchase are typically below market value. We close fast, buy homes in "as is" condition and can buy an unlimited amount of properties if they fit our criteria.

We are nationwide and market heavily in the greater Houston Metropolitan area and Dallas/Fort Worth. We provide quality pre-screened leads for you. We also have a great back office CRM (database) system that will allow you to work remotely.

We also network with real estate agents and other professionals to acquire properties.

You do NOT need to have a real estate license to be successful in this business. In fact, the most successful people have no prior real estate experience.

Salary Commission based 72,000 to 150,000.00 plus/year

Billing cycle:  Monthly

Sales cycle:  14-60 days

Sales environment(s):  In Office

Onboarding time:  1-3 months

Responsibilities

  • Taking live calls from homeowners and assisting them by making offers on homes
  • Manage, build rapport, and nurture leads
  • Negotiate sales agreements with prospective leads to purchase property
  • Setting appointments with our outside agents
  • Using MLS to understand the market and make proper offers on homes
  • Manage, build rapport, and nurture leads in our company's database
  • Understand seller motivations and personalities so we can get contracts signed
  • Must be able to overcome objections and negotiate well.
  • Must be able to manage leads and ongoing follow-ups with prospects
  • Must be motivated to bring in outside leads
  • Must be a team player and get along with the other staff.
  • Must be able and comfortable with using technology (Smart Phone / Computer / Apps / CRM)
  • Must follow the systems and processes in place
  • Business management. Treat your position like a business within our business and be responsible for the outcomes
