Responsibilities
  • Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/ revenue-generating activities
  • Use your prospecting and follow-up skills with potential customers online, in-person, or on the phone to uncover potential upsells and new clients
  • Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice
  • Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly
  • Close the deal after creating, presenting, and negotiating a solution to your prospects

  • Utilize company CRM to contact potential sellers to obtain leads from the leads team and the Jr. Acquisitions team
  • Send texts, emails and make calls to develop rapport with new leads
  • Manage leads appointments and follow up with potential prospects
  • Have the mindset to want more financially
  • Negotiate by phone and email to negotiate a win/win solution for both parties
  • Build rapport with the sellers to overcome objections
  • Schedule warm leads on calls and follow-ups with the Jr. Acquisitions and Leads teams
  • Accountability to sales metrics based on specific responsibilities

Qualifications
  • High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred
  • Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike
  • Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
  • A consistent top performer in sales
  • Prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience

  • Proven track record of successful negotiations with sellers
  • Ability to keep a job and meet or exceed sales goals
  • Confidence talking to someone you are meeting for the first time like you have been lifelong friends
  • Bilingual

Compensation
$75,000 - $100,000 yearly
