  • Buying houses directly from owners and real estate agents
  • Handling a high volume of both inbound and outbound calls daily
  • Your success will be directly affected by your ability to develop ongoing relationships
  • Your goal will be to write a large number of offers each week
  • You’ll use our tools for analyzing properties and determining our offer price
  • You’ll also be educating real estate agents on how to analyze their own listings to for submission to us
  • You will frequently need to inspect and evaluate properties


  • Achieving productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and cold calling.
  • Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline.
  • Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments with field agents
  • Accurately track and convey productivity and sales metrics to management
  • Participate in regular training and education requirements
  • Manage cultivation of inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments


  • Reliable transportation
  • Driver’s license
  • Mobile internet access is required
  • Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken
