Rental Beast is looking for a driven, highly productive and self-motivated Account Executive to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. 

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and customer service; be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base; find opportunities and turn them into long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking, connecting and consulting with inbound leads and marketing generated opportunities
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
  • Expand Rental Beast’s penetration into existing clients
  • Drive the entire sales process by engaging with prospective customers, utilizing technology to perform individualized product demonstrations and then drive the negotiation and close of the sale
  • Prepare and present personalized online software demonstrations both in person and via GoToMeeting; guiding your prospects through the Rental Beast solution and buying process
  • Achieve and exceed monthly revenue quotas while maintaining daily and weekly activity metrics
  • Leverage Salesforce.com to track sales activities and prioritize your day
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective customers and work with your management team to provide an accurate sales forecast
  • Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
  • In this role, you will receive initial onboarding and ongoing sales and product training to become a knowledgeable consultant on the Rental Beast SaaS platform


Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree or comparable proven experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales roles
  • Proven track record of crushing goals and making your numbers for 1-3 years in a fast-paced and transactional sales environment
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships quickly
  • Great organizational and time-management skills
  • You should be driven and competitive by nature, technologically savvy and a fast learner
  • An individual contributor who loves to work and collaborate within a team environment to achieve set goals
  • Good working knowledge of Salesforce.com or other similar CRM systems
  • Experience in performing online product demonstrations via GoToMeeting or similar screen sharing solutions
Compensation
$100,000 (includes base + commission)
