This is a salaried position, and no commission will be paid.

We are an extremely successful real estate team located in Queens. We are looking to add to our team and are seeking highly motivated agents both newly licensed and with experience. Learn the business from the ground up.

We offer a positive, supportive environment geared toward getting new agents into production quickly. You will assist in all aspects of the current process by setting appointments and managing leads in a Customer Relationship Management system. Passing off clients you cannot handle yourself to our team to disperse qualified clients who are ready to buy or sell.

We offer training, mentorship, leads, and administrative staff to support your sales business. There are tons of opportunities to learn plus you'll be joining the most innovative real estate company, Compass. We have systems upon systems that will assist you in providing fantastic service to our clients.

Candidates should be an organized, no-limits person with great communication skills (both written and verbal). Must be good with numbers AND people. We need someone willing to work hard including weekends. The environment is fast-paced where no two days are the same. We have a LOT of leads and need eager people to work them!

  • Be available full time to show homes to potential buyers, including evenings and weekends
  • Follow up with potential leads, speaking by phone, e-mail and in-person to find out their needs and what we can offer them
  • Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries
  • Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments with agents on the team
  • Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities
  • Management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle
  • Assist with showing outside agents, opening the door for photographers, appraisers, inspections, etc as needed
  • Answer incoming lead calls as needed


  • Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining your New York State Real Estate license
  • 1-3 years of real estate experience [we are willing to teach the right candidate who has less experience]
  • Driver's license
  • Reliable personal transportation (a car is a must-have)
  • Knowledge of Queens is preferable
  • Some tech knowledge is required - must be able to learn quickly and be computer savvy
  • Adaptable with the ability to multitask
  • Be punctual - being on time is essential
  • Willing to learn our systems and adapt quickly
  • Be willing to travel all over Queens
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Ready to work right out of the gate
