We’re in search of someone with experience managing the front desk and housekeeping departments of a hotel for our next Rooms Division Manager. You need to be a proven leader with a track record of supervising teams, resolving customer issues, and providing nothing less than a five-star service experience to all of our hotel guests. - Create comprehensive long-term strategies for the division to meet the company's objectives and keep the hotel profitable
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the whole client experience and motivate other staff members to do the same
- Closely monitor staff in charge of providing guest services to make certain that all customers are given prompt attention to their requirements
- Provide training to new employees on hotel policies and procedures
- Utilize metrics for job quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and absenteeism to track staff performance
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is required
- Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience
- 3 or more years of experience as a housekeeping manager, front desk supervisor or similar role
- Showcase exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent (GED)
