We are seeking an experienced REMOTE HECM/Reverse Mortgage Loan Officer. Leads provided daily, great tech, full support, and weekly training.

Experienced and highly trained HECM Operations staff (ALL 100% IN HOUSE) No more farming out your loans to third parties!

  • Two years of sales experience in HECM mortgages/reverse mortgages
  • 2 + HECM Units per month
  • Willingness to spend over 80% of the week on the phone
  • Ability to interact, in a professional manner, with retirement-age clients at all income levels and professional peer referral partners

  • Interface with realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction while overseeing all customer interactions
  • Communicate a thorough understanding of different loan programs and closing costs to help prospective buyers make a decision
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies and other related industry professionals
  • Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, bank colleagues, and the community at large
  • Maintain an active rolling pipeline of funding per our guidelines
  • Maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry
  • Familiarity with multiple types of loans such as conventional, fixed/ adjustable, FHA, VA, USDA, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit
  • Multiple years of real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required
  • Office Suite knowledge and loan originating software such as Calyx, Experian, or LendingWise preferred
  • Banking, business, real estate, or related Bachelor’s degree required

All of our loan officers and management are extremely knowledgeable about all of our programs which allows us to bounce ideas and loans scenarios of each other. Management is very hands-on and helps when there are problems with files. However, we don’t micro-manage
