As Retail Store Manager at David Bradley Chocolatier, you will be responsible for all retail store operations including managing retail store employees, driving sales targets, and creating product marketing programs. You will also work closely with other department managers, company partners, and store customers.
- Working closely with company management on a daily basis
- Overseeing day-to-day activities for the store including scheduling and sales targets
- Motivating team members to deliver the finest level of customer service
- Training, coaching, and developing direct reports
- Develop marketing activities, product merchandising, and placement strategies
- Managing budget and payroll process
- Retail management / Customer service experience: minimum 1 year
- High school graduate or equivalent
- College experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative thinking
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Customer service oriented
