Job Summary
To create a beautiful shopping experience of upscale casually chic sportswear, accessories, and special occasion women’s fashions for clients, maximizing sales by using strong sales skills as well as strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills to reach or exceed daily and monthly goals.

Essential Functions

  • Develop and maintain successful relationships with clients
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the retail sales process
  • Provide excellent customer service with prompt follow up on inquiries, special orders, and concerns
  • Be a great listener
  • Create an organized, systematized store client book, keeping detailed notes to assist in calling and emailing clients about new collections and upcoming events
  • Demonstrate thorough product knowledge and fit during the selling process
  • Measure sales performance daily
  • Keep sales floor and store neat, organized, and clean
  • Assist in some merchandising and inventory activities
  • Participate in store meetings, training and coaches
  • Ability to work independently and also as a team player with a “does whatever it takes” attitude
  • Represent our brand in a polished and professional manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years experience in women’s luxury brand sales preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have strong computer skills including operation of POS system.

Physical, Mental, and Environmental Requirements
Required to stand and walk for long periods. Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Must be flexible to work a schedule including weekends, holidays, and some evenings.
