We’re looking for motivated, customer-focused Retail Sales Associates to join our team at STNDRD Athletic Co. Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic, personable and passionate about sneakers and streetwear, with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be a positive representative for the company, providing customers with top-notch service and suggesting the perfect sneakers/apparel/accessories to match their fits. You will also be responsible for providing a unique shopping experience and upselling products – all while building strong customer relationships. - Responsible for assisting and driving sales of footwear, apparel, and accessories.
- Demonstrate proficiency in job knowledge (i.e. shipment/receiving tasks, fitting room guidelines, return/exchange guidelines)
- Processing of new shipment
- Keep the receiving and stockroom areas clean and organized
- Assist in the timely and accurate completion of manager-assigned projects.
- Exhibit strong Loss Prevention awareness and comply with all inventory control measures
- Adhere to Company policies and procedures
Other Duties:
- Uphold merchandising and store cleanliness standards
- Ensure that merchandise is ticketed and the sales floor is properly stocked
- Assist in merchandising and display projects
- Keep abreast with current and upcoming product and trend awareness
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to Multi-Task
- Prior Retail work experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- A passion for sneakers
