Concraft
Restoration technicians help people recover after they've experienced property damage from a disaster. These experts will assess damages and recover what is still salvageable. Afterward, they can begin cleaning the property, removing debris, and beginning repairs.
- Starting pay - $16/hour if you do not have any experience in our industry
- Experienced technicians - We will negotiate pay based on your skills, experience, and certifications
We pay $2.50/hour extra for jobs that require you to fully suit up in PPE (respirator, Tyvek, gloves, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Detailed cleaning of walls, floors, and ceilings that have been damaged by water, fire, and mold
- Remove debris and place it in the appropriate trash receptacle
- Selective dismantling (demolition)
- Inspect, inventory, clean, and pack personal property items
- Document job progress in software apps
- Follow the direction of the project manager
- Drive company vehicles in a professional manner
- Communicate with the team and customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Participate in an on-call (after-hours) schedule
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- A sense of pride in your work
- A desire to help others
- Team oriented
- Able to use hand and power tools
- Excellent attendance
- Able to participate in the after-hours on-call schedule

Compensation
$16 hourly + bonus
