The ideal candidate for this role is someone who enjoys being on the road, targeting new business, developing relationships, and generating new leads for the business.

• Driving along a designated route to educate potential clients on Concraft’s services
• Analyzing consumer behavior and collaborating with the sales department to remain competitive
• Maintaining sales records and meeting sales targets
• Presenting managers with daily updates
• Liaising with other departments to ensure efficient customer services, as well as resolving complaints
• Attend networking events and trade shows to share the value of Concraft

• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in marketing or business is preferred
• At least two years' experience as a sales representative in a related industry is preferred
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Proficiency in sales software, such as Dash and Constant Contact
• Superb interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders
• Availability to work extended business hours, including weekends
