Are you an energetic food service professional with strong communication and customer service abilities? You could be exactly what we're searching for as our next restaurant shift manager. You'll be in control of the shift, which will include greeting and serving customers. As a shift manager, you'll be responsible for scheduling staff, distributing tasks to restaurant personnel, dealing with customer complaints, and ensuring that all food and beverage safety regulations are followed. Responsibilities
  • Instruct the staff on safety procedures, customer service best practices, and restaurant cleanliness requirements
  • Delegate activities to employees and make sure they are executed efficiently and successfully
  • Schedule shifts, train and oversee restaurant employees to boost productivity levels and ensure compliance
  • Assume the responsibilities of employees who are unable to perform their shifts
  • Order supplies and coordinate product deliveries to keep track of inventories and make sure every location is well stocked
Qualifications
  • Computer skills and experience with MS Office strongly desired
  • Showcase exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Must have previous experience in food service and the ability to perform various roles of restaurant crew
  • Must have prior experience managing a staff or in a relevant supervisory role
  • A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required
Compensation
$36,000 - $40,000
