Restaurant Team Shift Lead

We are looking for someone with strong time management abilities who can provide our clients with an exceptional dining experience. Our restaurant is fast-paced and you need to be a team player and lead by example. • Provide direction and feedback to workers
• Train and coach new employees
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed
• Check cash drawers and prepare bank deposits
• Resolve complaints by customers and between co-workers
• Handle schedule changes and last-minute call-offs
• Assign extra duties as needed
• Help out wherever needed whenever needed
• Stay productive and maintain a positive work environment

• Proven experience as a Team/Shift Leader
• Knowledge of the food industry and relevant health and safety regulations
• Commitment to excellent service
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions fast
• Team player
