Our PM (Dinner) servers average $15-$18 an hour at dinner.

$250 Bonus if in good standing after 90 days

• PM Shifts run 4 PM-10 PM

Want to work with people who are happy and enjoy their job? Take tips home each night! Since we schedule servers based on our reservations, there is no getting cut when it is slow.

• Take orders, input order into POS, serve food
• Give excellent customer service
• Communicate with the kitchen guest requests, allergies, etc.
• Complete the daily side work as assigned
• Clean and organize work areas, tables, etc.

• Must be outgoing and love talking to people
• Must be a team player and willing to help out your fellow staff
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be able to multi-task and must be organized

The Inn & Spa at Cedar Falls has been open 34 years. We are a full-service Inn with Inn Guest Rooms, Cottages, Yurts, Cabins and Lodges. We also have an onsite restaurant where we serve breakfast daily to all guests for free. We are open for lunch in the peak season (May through October) and are open for dinner nightly. We have a spa where visitors can get massages, spa facials, scrubs, wraps, etc.
