You will serve our guests by ensuring that they are greeted promptly and their orders are taken, prepared, and served in a timely manner. • Promptly greet guests after they are seated, take beverage and food orders, and ensure proper and accurate service of meals.
• Establish a full knowledge of menu items, including ingredients to respond to client inquiries and make recommendations, such as dietary needs.
• Perform all duties as required, such as restocking and cleaning, to fulfill guest and service needs.
• Participate in employee meetings to gain a thorough grasp of all products, services, special events, etc.
• Ensure the accuracy of the guest check and receive proper payment to protect both the customer and the restaurant from transaction errors.
• Throughout the guest's experience, ensure their satisfaction using a customer-focused approach and a positive attitude.

• Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
• Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers.
• TABC and Texas Food Handler Certifications must be acquired before completion of training.
• This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service.
• Prior food service industry experience is highly desired.
• Must be 18 years or older.
