Responsibilities
- Lead and direct the work of the service team assigning responsibilities and setting expectations
- Oversee all operations to ensure a great Guest experience
- Role model and hold Team Members accountable to operational and quality standards
- Foster open communication between Team Members
- Influence Team Member behaviors by championing change and restaurant initiatives
- Hire, train, retain, and develop Team Members to take on larger roles
- Drive Guest engagement within the four walls of the restaurant while developing relationships within the community
- Understand and practice safe food handling procedures
Qualifications
- Must have 2 -4 years of restaurant managing experience
- Opentable experience
- Toast POS experience a plus
Compensation
$60,000 - $75,000 yearly
