We're searching for an energetic person with excellent communication and customer service skills to be our next restaurant shift manager. You'll be in charge of running the shift, which will entail greeting and serving clients, supervising the crew and restaurant operations. As a shift manager, you'll be responsible for scheduling employees, delegating work to restaurant employees, handling customer complaints, and ensuring that all food and beverage safety rules are followed. - Maintain and ensure that each site is well stocked, order supplies, and arrange the product delivery
- Help customers with their concerns in a quick, efficient, and friendly manner
- Educate the staff on safety guidelines, customer service best practices, and standards for restaurant cleanliness
- Handle all aspects of personnel including overseeing, scheduling shifts and training staff for better compliance and productivity
- Arrange for the coverage of responsibilities for staff who can’t work their shift
- Computer skills and experience with MS Office strongly desired
- Showcase exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Prior food service experience is required, as well as the ability to perform different restaurant employee roles
- This position requires previous experience managing a staff or relevant role
